Most people who complete a self-discovery program feel clear and inspired for about three weeks. Then life fills the gap and the old patterns return. Network Mojo exists to close that gap permanently — by giving you the framework, the skills and the accountability to act on everything you uncovered, consistently, over three months.

The Cohort Difference

Live strategy sessions

Six live group sessions with Kim over three months. 1:1 coaching when you need it. This program is hands-on without being overwhelming. It is designed for incremental change that lasts.

No passive videos, no AI-generated fluff, no courses you’ll never finish. Think of this like a strategic mastermind with a coach on call. The real work is done in the mind-shift and coach-able moments. This is not a program where you are bombarded with stuff that you will never read or forced into a framework that will not work for you.

Every program is delivered live, online, with real conversation, practical action and built-in accountability so you actually move forward.

Access Channels

Our sessions will be conducted on Zoom for both group sessions and 1:1 coaching. You will have access to a student portal for all tools, templates and pre-recorded skill videos along with recordings of group sessions (Recording will be uploaded no later than 24 hours after the live session).

A Group chat and Q&A channel will be available to ask questions, share wins and get unstuck between sessions, throughout the program. The program is intentionally three months in duration to allow for implementation between sessions with support, coaching and activities in between. We know you have a life and we know this system works within a busy one.

Human Skills are critical now

This is a hand-held journey to build the one thing AI cannot do for you but will become your most important asset as AI becomes more prevalent. We show you how to use AI to get started and the human skills to keep it going.

We don’t offer a long list of enticing but overwhelming bonuses that you will never use to get you to sign up. We believe you are an intelligent human who will understand the value and mental reset that comes from doing a course like this, and how distractions can get in the way of the outcome as life takes over. We are focused on the outcome for you and all the things that would historically have been pulled out for the bonus list (as we would have done in the past) are now just natively included in the course, at the right time, with support to implement.

Cohort

Network Mojo is an application-based cohort program. That means you learn alongside a small group of people who are all doing the same intentional work on their network and their future and that you are only accepted into the program if it is right for you. The people you build with become part of your network. Most graduates count cohort members among their most valuable professional relationships.

Small cohorts allow us to work with you individually to help you achieve your goals. Each cohort has access to 1:1 coaching as needed within defined, but generous, access windows during the three months of the program.

For continued support and co-working opportunities after the program we encourage graduates of Network Mojo to continue with Momentum Mojo. This is a fluff free community that supports graduates of Network Mojo to keep building and growing.

Pre-work – Consolidate the Foundation

If you’ve completed Mission Mojo (live version), your pre-work is a focused review of your network map — arriving at Session 1 clear on what you’ve built and precise about what’s missing. If Mission Mojo (pre-recorded) is included in your enrolment, complete it before your first session. Either way, you arrive knowing exactly where you’re going. The six sessions are about building the relationships to get you there.

Your Energetic Network Blueprint

Build a lifecycle map of the relationships your future self requires with the detail that adds the reality. A previous participant described this as the moment a lifetime of patterns became crystal clear.

The shift: You stop hoping someone useful will be in the room. You start knowing exactly who you’re looking for.

The Algorithm Advantage

Every platform you use is learning from your behaviour and serving you more of the same. Learn specific, practical steps to retrain your algorithms for your future network – alongside the more subtle signals you send in every interaction and how to shift them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mission Mojo is strongly recommended as your starting point — and if you enrol in Network Mojo, you receive Mission Mojo as part of your investment at no extra cost. We ask that you complete it before your first Network Mojo session. The reason is practical: Network Mojo builds directly on the clarity and network map you create in Mission Mojo. Arriving at Session One without that foundation means starting from scratch in a group that is already moving. If you have done significant self-reflection work elsewhere and are genuinely clear on your direction, contact us and we’ll have an honest conversation about whether Mission Mojo is still necessary for you.

Network Mojo is deliberately small — a maximum of 20 participants per cohort. This is not a large-group webinar or a course with hundreds of enrolments. The small cohort is the point. It means Kim can work with you individually, the group dynamic is genuinely intimate, and the relationships you build inside the program are real. Most graduates count cohort members among their most valuable professional contacts long after the program ends.

Not automatically. Because Network Mojo is a small, cohort-based program and the group dynamic is central to how it works, we have a brief application process. This is not about gatekeeping — it’s about fit. We want to make sure the program is right for you and that you are right for the cohort. If you apply and it’s not the right time, we’ll tell you honestly and point you in a better direction.

Plan for approximately three to four hours per week across the three months. This includes the live sessions themselves plus the extension work between sessions. Network Mojo is designed for people with full lives and real businesses – the structure is intentionally manageable and much of the work is done within the session.

Yes. Network Mojo is built for anyone who is intentional about their professional future – whether that’s growing a business, advancing a career, transitioning into a new field or building the relationships that make a leadership role more effective. The framework is equally relevant for founders and for corporate professionals. What matters is that you are ready to be deliberate about who is in your world and why.

Between each of the six live sessions you’ll have specific implementation tasks aligned to that session’s focus – outreach to complete, platforms to reconfigure, relationships to reconnect with. You also have access to a group chat and Q&A channel throughout the three months so you can ask questions, share wins and get unstuck in real time. Kim and the team respond within business hours.

We want every Network Mojo participant to get genuine results. If you engage fully with the program – completing the pre-work, attending sessions and doing the implementation work – and feel it hasn’t delivered value, contact us within 14 days of the final session and we will have an honest conversation about your options. We do not offer refunds to participants who have not engaged with the program. Network Mojo is a practice-based experience and the outcomes depend on the work done, not just enrolment.

Mission Mojo is internal work – clarity, identity, understanding your past and designing your future. Network Mojo is external work – actively building the relationships to realise that future. Mission Mojo asks “what do I want and who am I?” Network Mojo asks “who do I need around me and how do I build those relationships strategically and sustainably?” They are designed to work sequentially. One without the other leaves you either clear but stuck, or busy but misaligned.

Each cohort has defined 1:1 coaching access windows with Kim throughout the three months. This is not a session you have to book weeks in advance or fight for – the access is built into the program structure. It’s designed for the moments when you hit a specific challenge or decision point that the group session didn’t fully resolve. Think of it less like a formal coaching appointment and more like having a direct line when you need it.

Session times are confirmed prior to the intake opening – they are set to accommodate the majority of participants in each cohort. We are based in Sydney, Australia and sessions are predominantly scheduled in AEST/AEDT. Other time zones accommodated on demand.
